Federal officials have accused a Sioux City man of crossing state lines to have sex with a young boy in Nebraska.
Court documents say 47-year-old Phanaphay Sengkeo has been charged with having sex with someone younger than age 12. Authorities say the man drove to South Sioux City to pick up the 8-year-old son of one of his friends. He took the boy back to his Sioux City home and allegedly committed sex acts with the boy.
Police began investigating after employees of the South Sioux City Wal-Mart reported that the man was printing sexually explicit photos of a young boy.
