Several burglary victims are getting back their valuables.
Thursday Douglas County Sheriff’s deputies raided an apartment near 48th and Ames. They recovered an estimated $5,000 in items stolen from several home break-ins, primarily in the northwest metro area.
Valuables include four laptop computers, a computer monitor and flat screen TV. Also some long guns and jewelry. Items have been returned to three victims but valuables like jewelry are harder to identify to find owners.
One person was arrested and he’s identified as Davion Seizys.
The suspect is believed to have ties to a small burglary ring busted in Ponca Hills last week.
