Two of the latest suspects to be arrested in the murder of Brian Carson of Elkhorn were expected in court Friday morning. Carson's 41-year-old wife Teresa Carson and his 16 year old daughter Sara were arrested earlier in the week.

Also arrested this week were 17-year-old Ryan King and 16-year-old Colton Novascone both of Mississippi.

Teresa Carson is charged with being an accessory. The other three are charged with conspiracy.

With a total of 8 suspects charged in the case, Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine says there was definite plot to kill Brian Carson.

Carson's body was found in the truck of his car in northwest Douglas County April 5th.
