UNO will introduce a new athletic director at 11 a.m. Wednesday during a news conference at the campus' Thompson Alumni Center.
Though school officials have not confirmed any selection, former Husker football standout Trev Alberts was the only one of the four finalists for the position who was invited for on-campus interviews.
The new AD will succeed David Miller, who resigned earlier this month to take the same job at Upper Iowa University.
