Foreclosure Seminar
An expert in foreclosures and short selling real estate will hold classes for Nebraska realtors.
Mark Wehner Vice President of N.P. Dodge in Omaha is conducting seminars March 30th-31st.
A recent news story on Channel Six News exposed issues of canceled purchase agreements when banks become involved in short sale situations.
That story brought response from numerous realtors who wanted to learn more about the growing trend in this economy.
