A recommendation for approval for the preliminary plat request for Settler’s Draw subdivision northwest of Plattsmouth will go before the Plattsmouth City Council Monday (3/16).
The Plattsmouth Planning Commission provided its favorable recommendation in a unanimous vote.
Tincher Investment Company plans the development about ¼ mile south of Bay Road on the east side of 18th Street. The plan includes 24 lots ranging in size from about 2.5 acres to 3.5 acres with an unplatted area for a second phase.
