The Omaha City Council on Tuesday is expected to pay a couple $60,000 to settle a sewer backup damage claim.
Dr. and Mrs. Glenn Dalrymple filed a claim against the City of Omaha after the sewer backed up at their home at 113th & William Plz on April 10, 2008.
The City Law Department investigated the claim and determined that it's probably liable for the damage.
The money comes from the Sewer Revenue Fund.
