A Wolbach, Nebraska farmer accused of storing grenades, fuses and a gunpowder substitute in his storm shelter was found guilty Friday of illegally possessing a destructive device.

Allison "Al" Klanecky was found guilty in U.S. District Court in Omaha. The jury was hung on a charge of possessing an unregistered firearm.

This was the second trial for Klanecky. A mistrial was declared in his first trial after jurors couldn't reach a verdict.

After a divorce hearing in May, Klanecky's wife's attorney showed authorities photos of the storm shelter and its contents. Klanecky was arrested July 8th in Kansas while federal agents searched his farm.

Klanecky's sentencing is scheduled for April. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
