Number of Co-op burglaries increase.
The Midwest Farmers Co-op in Mynard was broken into sometime last Wednesday evening or Thursday morning, according to Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann.
Deputies believe the suspects entered the building through the back doors by prying apart two pieces of tin. The suspects then gained access to the office.
A Midwest Co-op employee stated an undetermined amount was stolen out of a cash drawer.
Brueggemann tells the Cassgram there have been several incidents in surrounding counties of thefts at local elevators.
