New charges are expected to be filed Monday afternoon against an Omaha father after the death of his 7-month-old daughter.

Twenty-eight-year-old Augustine Rubio has been rebooked at the Douglas County Department of Corrections for felony child abuse resulting in death.

Police were called to the family's apartment near R Plaza and Roxbury Drive last Wednesday night where officers found Tatina Riveria unresponsive. She was rushed to the hospital where she died on Friday.
