New charges are expected to be filed Monday afternoon against an Omaha father after the death of his 7-month-old daughter.

Twenty-eight-year-old Augustine Rubio has been rebooked at the Douglas County Department of Corrections for felony child abuse resulting in death.

Police were called to the family's apartment near R Plaza and Roxbury Drive last Wednesday night where officers found Tatina Riveria unresponsive. She was rushed to the hospital where she died on Friday.

i can't believe that someone would do that to a baby, and especially his own! Something is wrong with him, and i hope that atleast in this one case, that justice is served!

What scum! This is so frustrating! My heart breaks whenever I hear a story about this because my daughter would love to get pregnant and be a mom(she would be a great one too) but she can't. Why does some scum get to have a child and then take their life when some others would just love to have a child. I don't really understand that! I would like to get my hands on him and do what he did to that precious little girl. He makes me sick!

You make me sick Augustine. What would possess you to do this to a little child? You're a monster and a coward! Im trying to be a good Christian here and I want to say God will forgive you...but you took away one of his children and in such a malicious way. What on earth could she have done to have you do this to her?? NOTHING!!! I hope they throw the book at you and with a lot of force!
