Help Coming for Nebraska Artists Seeking Grants

The Nebraska Arts Council (NAC) will be providing several grant information sessions in January and early February. Artists, arts organizations, teachers and other nonprofits interested in using the arts in their programming are welcome to attend.

Sessions will be held in Omaha, Lincoln and Hastings along with a call in workshop. Pre-registration for the workshops is recommended.

The two hour sessions will cover the grant application process for artists and arts organizations.

Sessions in Omaha will be on Tuesday, January 20, 5:00 p.m. at the Nebraska Arts Council Office at 1004 Farnam and on Thursday, January 22, 5:00 p.m. at Sump Memorial Library in Papillion.

The Lincoln session will be on January 21 at Noon at the Lincoln Arts Council 920 O Street.

The Call-In Workshop will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 5:00 p.m.

The Hastings session will be on Wednesday, February 4 at 9:00 a.m. at Educational Service Unit #9 at 1117 E South Street.
