What a hilarious irony! The people who did the worst at math in school are now buying lottery tickets that help improve schools. But the schools must not be putting any of the money into their math programs, because recent graduates are still buying lottery tickets. (People who graduated in the last 15 years should be smart enough not to buy lottery tickets.) Someone must think that improving the math program would be self defeating.

Sorry, RM, but the lottery money is just seen as windfall to the state. Now they can do more with all of the other taxes.

A big thank you to all you gamblers the state needs more money. The more you give to the state willingly is less I have to give unwillingly, via taxes.
