Tina Agerson will serve 275 consecutive days after her dog ripped the scalp from a little girl.
Agerson learned her fate in court today, and will begin serving her sentence on January 5th.
Agerson pleaded no contest to charges of harboring a dangerous animal and possessing a menacing animal.
Her pit bull broke free in June, and attacked two adults and two children.
The worst injured-a 1-year-old girl, Charlotte Blevins, who had part of her scalp torn off.
Charlotte's mother says her little girl is doing great.
