Omaha police were investigating a bank robbery that happened shortly after 1 p.m. Friday at the First National Bank branch office at 2930 S. 24th Street. A man with a firearm entered the bank and demanded money.

After receiving an unspecified amount of money, the man left the bank and went northbound on foot.

The description of the robber is limited but unique in one respect. He is a white male with shaved eyebrows. He was wearing a camouflaged baseball cap, a grey hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans.

Omaha police also report that around the same time, Douglas County Sheriff's Deputies pursued a white SUV on Interstate 80 but it is not clear at this time if this incident is related.
