Cass County Sheriff’s Department investigators are following up on some information after two burglaries were reported this week at two residences on Penny Lane southeast of Plattsmouth.
Lt. Larry Burke says jewelry and some other items were taken in a burglary Tuesday. Firearms and other items were taken in a Wednesday incident.
Both burglaries apparently occurred during the daytime.
Burke tells the Cassgram that investigators canvassed the neighborhood and did come up with possible leads. Anyone that may have information to help solve the crimes can call the sheriff’s department at 296-9370.
