Couple return home during search

A search warrant on home in the Montclair East Neighborhood near 30th and Hamilton has brought Omaha Police Investigators closer to closing a number of cases.

Officers from Omaha's Narcotics Unit, the Emergency Response Unit, as well as Sarpy County Narcotics Unit served the search warrant on the house Thursday evening, October 23rd.

According to the police report, the search turned up nearly an ounce of Meth "Ice" and a stolen Honda motorcycle.

During the search the couple who live in the house returned home.

Police arrested 29-year old David Hernandez for possession of drugs with intent to deliver, and for receiving stolen property. 23-year old Nicole Seaman was arrested for possession of drugs with intent to deliver.

Thank you officers for another job well done. It's less on the streets that our innocent children can get a hold of.
