Mayor's Chief of Staff Resigns
Omaha Mayor Mike Fahey's Chief of Staff is stepping down. Paul Landow will leave his post in December to return to teaching at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Omaha Mayor Mike Fahey's Chief of Staff is stepping down. Paul Landow will leave his post in December to return to teaching at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

"Paul brought with him an invaluable amount of experience, insight, knowledge and commitment," said Mayor Fahey. "My office and the citizens of Omaha have benefited greatly from Paul's work and I applaud his decision to continue serving the Omaha community through UNO."

Landow will join the political science department at UNO in January 2009.

Mayor Fahey has named Communications Director Joe Gudenrath, as Landow's replacement for the remainder of his term. Gudenrath has workedfor the Mayor since he took office. Deputy Communications Director Catherine Leo will replace Gudenrath.
