Police say the resident of an Omaha home where a man was shot to death Saturday afternoon has been booked for homicide and use of a weapon to commit a felony.

Forty-one-year-old Robert Muckey was taken in for questioning following the shooting in a house near 29th and Ellison around 5:45 p.m.

The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Domingo Gutierrez Jr. of Bellevue.
