Merit Transportation Out Of Business
Omaha trucking company filed for bankruptcy Channel 6 News learned Wednesday night that Merit Transportation of Omaha is closing. The company had been in Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Channel 6 News learned Wednesday night that Merit Transportation of Omaha is closing. The company had been in Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
A 12-year employee of the company said there was an early afternoon meeting in which employees were told by the owners that they fought to the end.
Merit employed more than 30 people in the Omaha office and shop with 125 drivers throughout 48 states.
