The investigation continues into a van accident early Friday morning on Interstate 80 in Cass County, Iowa
Officials say the van, which was carrying 19 people, was eastbound on I-80 when it went out of control about one a-m. The van rolled onto its side and ended up in the westbound lanes of traffic.
The accident happened just east of the U-S Highway 71 interchange, near Atlantic.
Authorities say most of the people, started running from the scene. Sixteen people were found over the next several hours. The remaining three were eventually found about six miles away.
Officials say a woman was treated for minor injuries, while three others were examined for exposure to the cold.
They're being held in the Cass County jail waiting for immigration officials.
