Two-year-old Jenavive calls her grandmother Ba-Ba and she calls 911 when Ba-Ba needs help.

The Bellevue youngster knew exactly what to do when Marie Hruby need live-saving attention. Her 911 lessons paid off earlier this week.

Marie has health problems and when she collapsed and went into a seizure, Jenavive went for the phone.

Rhonda Piernicky is the Sarpy County 911 operator who answered the call. Rhonda and all the Sarpy Country operators are trained how to handle calls from young people and they were able to get help dispatched.

Jenavive doesn't remember much about the 911 call. She's just happy she can still play with her grandmother.

At the time she made the call she was focused -- so focused that she didn't even bother to wake her uncle who was in the house sleeping.

I, too, am so proud of JJ. At the expense of sounding biased, she is my step great granddaughter. She was truly Marie's awesome little angel that day. Good job, Sweetie. We love you. Our thanks also to the well trained operator who handled and dispatched the call. We are so thankful Marie is ok.

What a cutie. You are a lucky grandma to have a smart little one. Maybe some of these older kids should cut a clue. God Bless.

whats this have to do with living in Sarpy County, I'm sure other areas have similar training. What a smart 2 year old! Glad grandma is okay.

Why is this a good reason to live in Sarpy County. Just teach your kids how to dial 911, it doesn't matter where you live.

WOW what a great little girl....And to Anonymous...pleassssseeee give me a break, just because you live in "Sarpy County" does NOT mean that they give more attention to the little people. Everyone is trained to deal with all types of young and old people who call in. It is just a matter of how the operators handle themselves. Shame on you for making something so great be so negative with a comment like that. We need more positive NOT negative in Omaha and surrounding areas right now!!!

this is great, teach your kids good stuff and you will see the prize for it, but if you teach bad things, we as a parents are going to pay the consecuences ** learn from it***
