An Urbandale, Iowa man who says he's played the same Powerball numbers for about 20 years has claimed a ticket worth $1 million.
Robert Winburn won the secondary prize after his ticket matched the first five numbers in Saturday's drawing but didn't match the Powerball. The 49-year-old claimed his prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines.
