A one-month-old in Lone Tree, Iowa has tested positive for marijuana. The baby's mother was arrested.
Investigators say the baby was living in a home where the drug was being grown. Police searched the home of 28-year-old Jennifer Oxley and found pipes and a bong with a tray of marijuana. They also found a growing operation with 13 plants and 34 pounds of marijuana.
Police say cocaine and methamphetamine residue were also found in the home.
Oxley was taken into custody on Monday on drug charges and child endangerment. A state Department of Human Services worker went to her home after the infant tested positive for marijuana when it was born.
