A heartland man died of injuries he received in a motorcycle crash on Sunday.
Investigators have identified the victim as 79-year-old Fred Schroeder. He was riding his motorcycle Sunday when a gust of wind caused him to lose control.
He was taken to the hospital, but later died of his injuries.
It happened just after 5 p.m. One person was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center by medical helicopter. No word on their condition.
