Although Halloween candy & costumes are all in place at stores, it’s not too soon to think about Christmas. In fact, the Bluffs Arts Council is putting the word out – Designers & decorators are wanted for this year’s Festival of Trees.
The event will be held November 20 & 21 at Harrah’s Convention Center in Council Bluffs. The event features a designer tree exhibit of at least 75 trees. Those who will be designing trees this year will be provided a pre-lit artificial tree to design and decorate. Designers could choose to provide their own tree.
