A water main break at 144th and Blondo Wednesday night kept MUD crews busy through the early morning hours.
It happened around 11 p.m. Channel 6 News producer Kevin Westhues was headed home when he came upon the scene. Westhues said that at times, water was shooting up to 40 feet in the air.
Police units blocked off the area for several hours, allowing MUD crews to make repairs. Still no word on what caused the break.
