Today, Mal from LVCmag.com checks in at Togs, one of the best boutiques in town. She's showing us some of her favorite fall trends.
There are four distinct styles she's found when working with women: Classic, whimsical, bohemian, and avant-garde. Now, she's going to translate all these fall trends and show you what works for your personal style.
This fall classic preppy is back in full force this season. The biggest keys to this trend are using neutral colors such as grey and black, but using a warmer shade such as the cognac to create a diversified style using versatile pieces you can layer to form a look all your own.
Classic: One of Mal's absolute favorite trends right now is nude colors. She says's there's nothing more chic than a draped beige dress and the structured embellished shoulders giving way into a soft neckline forms the perfect mix of a classic shape and feminine details.
Whimsical: Menswear is a huge trend right now and almost every designer has sent fabulous pants down the runway. Whether they're a classic black straight leg pant or a skinny with an avant-garde cutout detail you should definitely be on the lookout for the perfect pants.
As you've seen from the shoulders on the nude dress to the neckline on the cream blouse it's all about the details and embellishments this season. Whether it's a minimalist cutout, intricate beading, or the unique metal clasps on this camel colored dress these little details are what will give each fall piece its own distinctive look.
