Omaha Man Dies After Crash
An Omaha man has died of his injuries after a crash near 144th and Pacific Thursday afternoon.

An Omaha man has died of his injuries after a crash near 144th and Pacific Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened just after 4:00 p.m. Omaha police say a vehicle traveling North on 144th street veered across the median and into oncoming traffic, crossed both southbound lanes and then struck a traffic light pole.
The driver, 85-year-old Sebastian Caniglia, was transported to Creighton University Medical Center but died of his injuries.
Police say Caniglia was unresponsive at the scene and is believed to have suffered from a medical condition which caused the crash.
