SEVERE STORM WATCH TIL 1 AM South and East of Omaha.
The most likely area for development would be south this evening. The front is expected to be through the Omaha metro around 7pm this evening. Winds which have been southerly will change to the north and be rather gusty as the front passes by.
As mentioned, any storms that do develop can very easily become strong to severe today with possibilty of hail, strong wind gusts, and heavy rain. Stay tuned to Channel 6 for any updates this afternoon.
