Dale Gubbels of Firstarfiber said, “With the improvements made in paper mills we say if it tears we take it. Paper can be recycled in a lot of different forms including phone books.”
DexOne sent a crew to pick up the new phone books still wrapped in plastic. The phone book company is investigating with its third party sub contractors who deliver the books under strict guidelines.
