A felony drunk driving arrest near a Nebraska State Park.
The Cassgram reports that a Cass County sheriff’s deputy stopped a red Mazda for no taillights on Highway 66 at the entrance to the Platte River State Park about 1am Friday.
Sheriff Brueggemann says the driver, identified as Theresa K. Koehler, 32, of Ashland, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Koehler had three prior DUI convictions since 2001, says Brueggemann, so she was booked for fourth offense DUI, a felony.
