Get ready to "party with a purpose," with the Red Cross as they put on their annual "Rock 'N Roll Up Your Sleeve" blood drive Monday until 6:30pm.
The Red Cross says this type of drive allows donors to not only do something good for the community but also have a good time doing it.
Today's drive offers music, raffles, free giveaways and food plus the chance to win a brand new Ford Focus.
Donations are being taken all day at two locations.
In Omaha: 2912 S. 80TH Avenue
In Council Bluffs: 705 N. 16th Street
Remember these things when preparing to donate:
-Get plenty of rest
-Drink a lot of fluids and be sure to eat before hand
-Bring two forms of identification, remember you must be at least 17 to donate
