The pursuit ended about 12:55am in the area of S. 14th Street & Washington in Lincoln. The driver, 22-year-old Ryan Morris was arrested along with his two passengers, 21-year-old Tanner Smith and 22-year old Charles Holka.
Morris was cited for fleeing to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, DUI 2nd offense, violating a stop sign, having no headlights on at night, having an open alcohol container in a vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
