… and so it grows
Now that the flu is subsiding comes another fever to deal with: Powerball fever. The jackpot grew to an estimated $216 million for Saturday night’s drawing.
The estimated prize would be $132.8 million if the cash option is chosen.
There were five tickets sold in the multi-state game that won players $1 million each Wednesday night. Those tickets had the first five numbers drawn but not the Powerball number.
Two of those tickets were sold in Florida. The others were sold in Kentucky, North Dakota and New Hampshire.
