You may have never heard of it, but it affects one in 10 young women. It's called Endometriosis.
It's an often painful condition that is tough to diagnose and equally challenging to treat.
In November's Health Check, Serese Cole takes us to the Fremont Area Medical Center where Dr. Nancy Dix explains what Endometriosis is, the signs women in their 20s and 30s should look out for and how it is treated.
It's Tuesday, November 6th at 5pm on the Channel Six News.
