The Child Saving Institute (CSI) Guild presents the 3rd annual Touch-A-Truck event, Saturday, October 3rd from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Each fall CSI's Guild creates an event where children can see and climb on "real life" vehicles. The event is free for children and their parents or guardians.
Touch-A-Truck is held in the First Data parking lot just South of 69th and Pacific Street. Guests will explore emergency, military, semi-trucks, and other commercial vehicles and talk to the drivers. Other activities will include face-pointing, bouncy houses, clowns and more. Guild Touch-A-Truck Chairmen are Cindy Huff, Kara Plumb and Trish Walz. Here's what to expect:
- Huskers Helicopter 11am - 12:30pm (weather permitting)
- Life Net Helicopter (1pm weather and emergency permitting)
