Hundreds of thousands of foreclosure cases will take longer to review than first thought.

Those reviews will take "months" longer than anticipated, according to USA Today.

The paper reports the reviews cover foreclosures issued in 2009 and 2010.

They were expected to be completed this month, but some could take until November.
