Feeling The Squeeze, Airlines Shrink Seats

AIrlines are going for the squeeze on your wallets...and comfort.

Many are adjusting cabin configurations, reports "SmartMoney.com." Most are adding seats and losing inches.

So how can you get the best seats?

The Smart Money folks suggest reviewing seat ratings, on sites like "Seatguru.com."

Also, sit up front, or at least avoid the very back. Seats get more narrow closer to the tail.

And keep trying to pick a prime seat, checking even 48 hours before departure.
