Consumer confidence is up for the sixth straight month.
That's according to a leading economic barometer.
A record number of people surveyed say they are aware of drops in the unemployment rate.
That translates into the highest number of consumers since 2004 who believe the number of people out of work will continue to drop.
But despite those positives, most Americans say their incomes have declined, and most don't expect their incomes to increase of the next year.
