The Consumer Product Safety Commission has a reminder and warning...drawstrings are not allowed!
Last July, the CPSC passed a rule designating most drawstrings in children's upper outwear as hazardous due to strangulation risks.
The agency has issued more than 130 recalls involving clothes with drawstrings, including eight recalls in the past six months.
