If you're traveling for Thanksgiving, the flights won't be cheap, but the cheapest flights you can get will be available starting next week.
That's according to farecompare.com. It also says the cheapest days to fly will be...to depart the Monday before Thanksgiving or on Thanksgiving Day...and to return any day but Sunday or Monday after the holiday.
That'll save you about 15 to 20 percent.
