Apple Trying To Get Samsung Out Of The U.S.
A move to remove Samsung products from the U.S.
Apple lawyers asked a judge to order Samsung to remove and ban "eight" products from the U.S. market...including market...including popular Galaxy smartphones...but "not" the S3.
The move comes after a federal jury found Samsung infringed on Apple's patents to create the products, "willfully copying" technology.
The jury also awarded Apple about a billion dollars.
Apple's demands will be discussed at a hearing next month.
