American Workers Gaining Confidence
As the unemployment rate continues to drop, employees are feeling more confident about their prospects.
According to a recent survey from online job community Glassdoor, there are a number of signals businesses are giving to employees to make them feel that job security is increasing.
The results show that 10% of employees said their employers communicated bonus reductions or eliminations...down from 17% the previous quarter.
When it comes to getting a pay raise in the next 12 months: 43% of employees said they expected one...up from 38% at the end of 2011.
That is the highest number since the survey began in 2008.
