American Airlines Improving Their Image
American Airlines are slowly but steadily improving their performance, with "Air Tran" tops in the industry.
Hawaiian Airlines and Jetblue Airways rank second and third...followed by Frontier and Alaska Airlines.
The rankings come from an annual report done by university professors who analyze Department of Transportation data.
