Advice For Selling Your Home

Advice...if you're thinking of putting your home on the market.

Home sales are recovering but it's still a buyer's market...and there are some things you can do to freshen-up your home to sell.

Angie Hicks...founder of Angie's list says there are five areas you should concentrate on:

Paint the place
Boost curb appeal
Spruce up the kitchen
Give the bathroom a makeover if needed
Clean & replace the carpet

Here's the bottom line...freshen it up, but don't go overboard.
