Nebraska High School Recognized Nationally

A Nebraska high school has received national recognition. Elmwood-Murdock was honored as one of the nations best schools by U.S. News & World Report, according to the Cassgram.

“This is a terrific honor and one which we all should be very proud of receiving,” said a statement on the school website. “This is once again validation of the great things we do in our school district. This is the second time our district has been recognized for academic excellence by a nationally syndicated journal. In 1996, Redbook Magazine named Elmwood-Murdock as one of the top districts in the nation for overall excellence."

Elmwood-Murdock was one of 50 Nebraska high schools that met the criteria for this recognition. Elmwood-Murdock was recognized as a "bronze" recipient.
