What: Hunter Hayes
When: Saturday (Nov. 16)
Where: Orpheum Theater
Coffee with Hunter Hayes? Wouldn’t a Red Bull or a Mt. Dew be more appropriate?
Sure, I’m getting a little long in the tooth, but I still think Hunter Hayes looks like a 15-year-old. He’s not, of course. The young country star is a ripe old age of 22. Still, coffee? He’s beer legal, after all.
Either way, there’s a special VIP ticket option for the Hunter Hayes concert at the Orpheum Theater, 409 S. 16th St., on SATURDAY (Nov. 16). For $184.50, you get a premium seat, a digital copy of the deluxe edition of his album Hunter Hayes (Encore), a Hunter Hayes poster, a Hunter Hayes VIP laminate, a travel coffee mug and … coffee with Hunter at the Orpheum.
Age and looks aside, the real reason the country singer-songwriter is here is to perform hits, including his breakthrough “Storm Warning,” which led to No. 1 hits “Wanted” and “Somebody’s Heartbreak.”
If you’re not interested in coffee with the young Turk, you can go the traditional route and get regular tickets for $32.50 to $39.50 at the Orpheum box office (402-345-0606) and online at ticketexpress.com.
