All of House of Loom's events are keepers. The dance-friendly club at the edge of the Old Market doesn't produce lemons. But there's something extra special about their anniversary parties – there's additional love in their typical lovefests.
So fans of the "loom" dance parties and its brick-and-mortar namesake club House of Loom are no doubt looking forward to the venue's three-year anniversary party on Saturday, August 2nd.
"Without you – the dancer, the artist, the laugher, the thinker, the drinker – we wouldn't be around. Without you – the people that ask for something different, the people that believe inclusivity, the people that strive to push boundaries, the people that just wanna have fun, try something new, or remember the old ... we're here for you and you've been here for us," the club says on its Facebook page.
"And while we'll keep this symbiosis going, we celebrate a new milestone of Loom's evolving vision and the relationship we've shared throughout our history."
DJs Brent Crampton and Kethro will provide the beats with live percussion supplied by Mark Hinrichs of Musico fame. Jay "Rhythm SOULdier" Kline will host. There will also be cupcakes, confetti, balloons and dancing ... LOTS of dancing.
