You've heard me say this before – I'm not a fan of modern country music. Willie, Waylon, Merle, Hank Sr., sure. Hat acts, juke box country, etc., not so much.
But Brad Paisley has a lot of timely humor in his songs, which I can certainly appreciate. That was on display last Wednesday, Nov. 6 when Paisley again hosted the Country Music Awards with Carrie Underwood. At one point, the two ripped out a redneck version of Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines." Pretty funny.
You'll be able to see the funny side and the serious side of the country mega-star Thursday, Nov. 14, when he performs at the CenturyLink Center, 455 N. 10th St. Tickets to the 7:30 p.m. show are $32.50 to $65
