It's been several months since Omaha Entertainment Award-winning band – and one of my personal favorites – All Young Girls Are Machine Guns has played live. The indie folk-pop-rock band led by crooner Rebecca Lowry (pictured) on ukulele will play a mix of old and new material on Thursday, Nov. 14, when they play the Waiting Room, 6212 Maple St., in Benson.
Opening the show at 9 p.m. will be Omaha's Field Club, followed by the Benson Soul Society, featuring locally adored DJ Kobrakyle, Andrew Monson and Eric "EZ" Zeigler who will spin an amazing collection of vinyl soul records to set the mood. Cover for the show is $7.
